- — apply for the Mervin Bovaird Foundation Scholarship, a competitive transfer scholarship that provides $6,000 ($3,000 per semester) for a maximum of two years to Â鶹ÊÓƵ students who transfer to the University of Tulsa and maintain full-time continuous enrollment.
