The Grants Office is located on the 14th floor of the Bank of America Center in downtown Tulsa.

Sponsored Programs

  • Researches federal and state funding sources aligned with Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s mission and strategic plan
  • Facilitates program development in collaboration with college subject matter experts
  • Provides a range of grant writing support, from developing comprehensive proposals to editing drafts and compiling application materials
  • Manages the review and approval process for new grant submissions
  • Coordinates and authorizes the final submission of competitive federal and state grant applications
  • Oversees new grant contract and award review and processing
  • Provides training and technical assistance to faculty and staff during program implementation
     

Grant Compliance & Accounting

  • Ensures fiscal compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including Office of Management and Budget Uniform Grant Guidance, funding agency regulations, and specific grant program regulations
  • Establishes new grant accounts and monitors grant budgets
  • Invoices the sponsoring agency
  • Monitors time and effort reporting and reconciliation
  • Submits quarterly, annual, and final financial reports
  • Offers Banner training for new grant employees
