Visionary sponsors, the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation, Cox Communications, ONEOK, TTCU Federal Credit Union and an anonymous donor, helped to make this the single largest Vision Dinner in its 19-year history.

  8. 2017 Vision Dinner Honoring Alison Anthony Sets Fundraising Record

    The 2017 Vision in Education Leadership Award Dinner set a new fundraising record as the evening honored Alison Anthony, the newly named chief operating officer of the Tulsa Area United Way. In addition to honoring Anthony, the event also marked the 10th anniversary of Tulsa Achieves, a program that served as a nationwide model for public higher education.

    The Â鶹ÊÓƵ Foundation honored U.S. Representative Tom Cole with the 2016 Vision in Education Leadership Award. Â鶹ÊÓƵ President Leigh B. Goodson, Ph.D., Â鶹ÊÓƵ Foundation Chair Joan Parkhurst, and former Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating presented Congressman Cole with the Vision Award at the 17th annual Â鶹ÊÓƵ Vision in Education Leadership Awards Dinner Thursday, Sept. 1 at the Cox Business Center. The event raised more than $300,000 for the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Foundation.
